About
Frank
Frank Wolf is an Integrated Manual Therapist and Recovery Specialist with a clinical, hands-on approach to helping people move better, perform better, and stay capable.
His foundation was built through experience, not just theory. As a former U.S. Army combat medic, Frank developed an early understanding of trauma, human physiology, and the demands placed on the body under stress.
He later began his professional career in pediatric medical massage, where precision, anatomy, and clinical decision-making became the foundation of his practice.
Today, through Elite Recovery, Frank works with athletes, active adults, and people simply looking to move without limitation. His approach combines advanced manual therapy, sports and therapeutic massage, mobility work, joint mobilization, and corrective strategies to address the factors contributing to pain, restricted movement, and decreased performance.
Frank doesn't believe recovery should be about repeatedly treating the same symptom. The goal is to understand why the problem is happening, address what is limiting the body, and give the client the tools to move forward.
Whether the goal is returning from an injury, improving athletic performance, maintaining an active lifestyle, or simply building a body that continues to perform well with age, Frank's approach is centered on one principle:
Recovery isn't just about feeling better today. It's about building a body that performs better tomorrow.
Outside of Elite Recovery, Frank remains actively involved in his community as Chairman of the Cornelia Downtown Development Authority. His commitment to service extends beyond the treatment room, reflecting the same standards of accountability, personal excellence, and continuous improvement that define his clinical work.
